Getting Started

We recommend booking as early as possible — especially for weddings and large events, where we suggest 6–12 months in advance. For smaller events like birthdays or baby showers, 4–8 weeks' notice is usually sufficient, though we always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests based on availability.

Yes! We offer a complimentary initial consultation — either in person or via WhatsApp/video call. This is a no-obligation conversation where we get to know your vision, answer your questions, and explain how we can help. There's no pressure to commit.

We are based in South Africa and service clients across Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban and surrounding areas. We also travel nationally for the right events — additional travel costs may apply for events outside our primary service areas. Contact us to discuss your specific location.

Planning & Process

We start with a consultation to understand your vision, then create a detailed concept and proposal. Once you approve and pay your deposit, we begin coordinating vendors, finalising designs and building your event timeline. We keep you updated throughout and are available for questions. On the day, we arrive early to manage setup and stay until the end to handle breakdown.

Absolutely. We're flexible and happy to work with vendors you've already chosen or incorporate personal items into the décor. We'll simply coordinate everything together to ensure it all comes together seamlessly on the day.

That's exactly why you hire a professional planner. We always have contingency plans in place for weather, vendor no-shows, and other unexpected issues. Our team is calm under pressure and experienced in managing whatever comes up — so you don't have to worry about a thing.

Pricing & Payment

Our packages start at set rates but are fully customised to your event. Final pricing depends on the number of guests, venue, complexity of décor, and specific services required. We always provide a detailed, transparent quote before you commit to anything — no hidden costs.

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. For large events, we can arrange a payment plan — just discuss this with us during your consultation.

Yes! Our Blossom package and décor-only service is perfect if you've already arranged your planning but need a professional team for styling, florals, and setup. Many clients come to us just for the décor and we love delivering that wow factor.
